New Tear-drop Mountain Dulcimer kit which includes the following:

- Complete detailed plans and full-size diagram
- All pre-cut parts
- Complete 26.5" VSL scale fret-board with 6 1/2 and 13 1/3 frets
- All required hardware
- Pre-cut sound-holes based on buyer's choice

Average completion time three days. One day to complete the assembly, and two to complete the finishing and hardware installation. Basic woodworking skills and tools required. I recommend a mini-router with a flush-cut bit to professionally smooth the top and back edges.

100% Cherry body and sound-board. Measures 32" overall. Light-weight and easy to fret with 26.5" VSL (bridge to nut). Width 7".

Custom Orders: A minimum down payment of 50% is required to initiate a custom order. The remaining 50% is due when the Custom Order is ready for shipment, not more than 30 days from order date.

I use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for convenience, reliability, and cost. I include tracking on all shipments and insurance for items over $50. Insurance costs will be included in the shipping calculations.
