I love it!! I would not change a thing. I determined that we wanted a dulcimer made. Were thrilled to discover Jack Ferguson on Etsy. From the beginning Jack was very helpful. Answering my questions either by phone or email, I had many. He guided me through the process of picking the style, wood and sound holes. He even sent me Youtube videos as “help” aides. Jack only uses endangered wood salvaged from the region, making it a true Appalachian Dulcimer. Jack even answered questions after delivery. I highly recommend Jack Ferguson. If you are looking for a handmade dulcimer, you will not be disappointed with one from Jack. www.appflutes.com By the way, when your instrument is shipped USPS, Etsy sends you a tracking number so you can keep track of the progress and delivery day.
